For sweepstakes entry we collect only: first name, mobile number, email address, the venue and section you entered from, a one-way hash of your IP address (for fraud prevention), and — if you choose to upload one — an optional photo of your venue receipt as proof of visit. We do not sell personal information.
To administer the sweepstakes, verify eligibility (legal residents of Texas, age), prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, and to contact the winner. With your consent, to send a text message if you win.
You must affirmatively opt in to receive a text message if you win. Consent is not a condition of entry. The exact consent language and the time you agreed are stored with your entry.
Optional receipt photos are stored privately, stripped of embedded location/EXIF metadata on upload, and are viewable only by authorized staff for fraud review. They are never made public and never affect your odds.
Entry data is retained only as long as needed to administer the promotion and meet legal obligations, then deleted. Texas residents may request access to or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Sponsor (Avani Group LLC).
